We are so thrilled to celebrate the official launch of UAFS’s new Advanced Manufacturing and Workforce Development Centers Monday May 4, with a keynote from Governor Sarah Huckabee Sanders!

We'll be offering tours of the new labs with instructors, students, and industry partners on hand to demonstrate the real-world impact of manufacturing in the River Valley!

Check out this bike frame one of our UAFS WATC CNC youth apprenticeship students designed and machined! Students first learn manual machining and then move to CNC while also taking a CAD class. Fantastic job!

UAFS WATC EMT students participated in extrication training recently. Students are only three weeks out from final exams and the opportunity to take their NREMT exam! Special shoutout to the team that volunteered to spend their day working with our students from the Butterfield District 5 Volunteer Fire Department.
