FSYCA was established in 1993 to turn around the lives of young men and women between the ages of 16 and 18 who are experiencing difficulty in completing traditional high school.

Your cadets are graduating TOMORROW!!!!!

We are so excited to see you all and cannot wait to celebrate with you!

We know you are all ready to see your babies... I mean young men and women!

Tomorrow is going to be busy for you and the cadet!
But as we prepare for tomorrow take time tonight reflect with a little message to your cadet below!
This way tomorrow can be enjoyed to its fullest and you can show them when you are ready!

Being a cadre is probably one of the most rewarding jobs at the academy as they get to spend the most time with the cadets!

They are not just there providing discipline and structure… it is so much more!

They mentor them into becoming brave, confident, and independent young men and women!

They help plan cookouts and learning opportunities!

They teach them how to be accountable for their actions and choices!

They support them with motivation when they need it!

They help get them into shape and prepared for the PT in the military if they desire!

They give real life advice and experiences that helps mold them into being productive citizens!

And of course they teach them to lead life with integrity and honor!

We cannot thank our cadre enough for everything they do!

Sometimes all it takes is a little sunshine and an impromptu trip to the park to really remind you that it is perfectly okay to be a kid!

Yes, we want our cadets to grow up but it is so much better having moments where good fun is certainly needed!

At Youth Challenge our cadets love to show off that they accomplish some amazing things around here!

We had some visitors from the United States Army come out and try out the alpine!

Our amazing cadre and cadets even helped some of them conquer their fears of heights while doing some amazing team building!

Some may not have wanted to do it, but in the end everyone enjoyed it and accomplished the mission, getting up and back safely on the ground!
