This past week, the Krakens dominated during the battalion FTX. Both Bridge Platoons completed 7-Float builds in complete blackout and achieved record build times while performing well above the Army standard for bridge crewmembers. The Kranken’s ability to hit the objective and consistently execute missions provides American Armor with a unique ability to and close the distance to destroy the enemy. GET ‘EM ACROSS

And we’re back! The Krakens have been hard at work shortly after returning from Holiday Block Leave with our very first Swift Water Training. Every day this week, the platoons have been practicing tactical convoy operations and conducting builds on the Altimaha River at a brand new training site. A big thank you to Wayne County Administrators and the Wayne County Fire Chief for all of their support and allowing us to use their land. We’re glad to be back and out on the water to continue training which provides the 3rd Infantry Division with quality gap crossing capabilities in the new year.
