The right to vote is under attack nationwide.

While the Supreme Court guts voting protections at the federal level, our power lies right here at home. In Indiana, we have a massive opportunity to break the supermajority and shift the balance of power, BUT ONLY IF WE SHOW UP.

Indiana consistently ranks near the bottom for voter turnout. Politicians count on our silence to keep things exactly as they are. We can change the math, but local campaigns need more than just votes. They need volunteers, funding, and sweat equity right now.

Don’t just watch from the sidelines. Find your lane and plug in today:

Looking to help your fellow Hoosiers? The ACDP is looking for YOU.

Now that the Indiana primaries are over, the ACDP’s chair can appoint a candidate to run. Township trustee positions and councils are impactful ways to help your fellow citizens. Other positions are open, too.

Counteract the nihilism by running for office.

Let’s come together and voice our opposition for the new quarry and indistrial rezoning that is trying to get approved. A packed room sends a message so even if you don’t speak you are still making a difference.

If you are looking for ways to help and aren’t able to attend you can sign the petition and help us fight back!

On May 1, 1865, formerly enslaved people and abolitionists in Charleston, SC, honored fallen Union soldiers by giving them a proper burial. Born from grief and liberation, Memorial Day’s roots remind us to honor those who served while continuing the fight for a truly just and equal society.

They work for us, which means their paperwork belongs to us. 📂

Under the Indiana Access to Public Records Act (APRA), any citizen has the legal right to submit a formal request to inspect internal emails, text messages, budgets, or meeting notes from local officials. You don’t need a reason or a law degree, if a neighborhood is being blindsided by a sudden change, the paper trail is legally required to be public.

Transparency isn’t a favor they grant us—it’s the law.
