Meade County Recycle/HHW will be closed in observance of Presidents day Monday February 16. NOTE: that the drop off doors will still be open for drop offs but the rest is closed. No one will be there.

Meade County Landfill is already closed on Monday so no difference there.

Veteran's day Tuesday 11/11/25 and Thanksgiving Thursday 11/27 & Friday 11/28.

This is how our C&D pit currently looks. When the pit is closed due to the blessed rain.

With all the rain etc, the C&D pit is closed today, but we are accepting tree limbs and metal.

Meade County Recycle Center will be locked up for Halloween starting at 2 PM today until 6 AM Wednesday morning. Sorry for any issues.
