Founded in 2021, Jackson Purchase Distillery in Hickman, KY, produces over 60,000 barrels annually using locally sourced grains, calcium-rich water from its on-site well, and 100% copper stills to ensure it's crafting the highest-quality bourbon. Aging in the warmest region of the Bluegrass adds to that signature sweetness that bourbon lovers can't resist.

Congratulations to Genuine Fertilizer Solutions as they hosted a ribbon-cutting ceremony this week for their new liquid fertilizer manufacturing facility at Hopkinsville Industrial Park! 🪴

Their team of agricultural experts brings over 100 years of combined industry experience, focusing on creating practical and meaningful improvements in crop growth and support. This locally produced liquid fertilizer will benefit farmers in Western Kentucky and the Mid-South.

Augusta Distillery sits on the limestone banks of the small river town it's named after. With a seven-story rickhouse storing 30,000 barrels of bourbon, the distillery's bourbon captures the legacy of its past and prosperous future.

Today, Governor Andy Beshear highlighted the continued growth of the state’s site development efforts as projects in Trigg and Daviess counties and a regional project for Bourbon and Nicholas counties moved through the Kentucky Product Development Initiative (KPDI) approval process. The Kentucky Economic Development Finance Authority (KEDFA) approved three projects for nearly $5.3 million in state funding in addition to local support.
