This little duck did some research and has a great suggestion! Want to honor a frontline hero during COVID? Do you know a teacher, a nurse, a doctor, an emergency responder, or anyone that deserves recognition? Sponsor a duck in their name and help us empower an individual with a brain injury. #bisbuilds #covid19 http://ow.ly/DijQ50BLBfX

Free Printable Gratitude Dice for Families

Good afternoon Community! We wanted to share that BIS Fredericksburg is offering a virtual Wellness group every Friday at 1pm. The Wellness activities are open to all members through Zoom. Activities focus on different aspects of wellness and developing healthy habits that promote overall well-being. Recently we played Gratitude Dice, a fun game to share some things we are grateful for. Gratitude is strongly and consistently associated with greater happiness and positive emotions. Using the link, print out the dice and share something you are grateful for!

I thought you all might remember the Kindness Calendar from last December! Here's this year's version.
The resource tab at the BART foundation’s website makes it easy to search for HBOT clinics, neurofeedback practitioners, craniosachral therapists and photobiomoulation therapists in your area. There is a crying need for a straightforward way to locate qualified practitioners in local communities, and the BART foundation has consulted thought leaders in each field to put together the most comprehensive, robust and useful resource of its kind.
Amazon is running a sale of our book. Our theme is that better outcomes to brain injuries may be possible through use of safe alternative therapies. Royalties go to support research into alternative therapies for ABI:
If this technology pans out, may be a game changer for brain injury and other organ failures. Seems too good to be true, but watching with fingers crossed:
Important study indicating link between HBOT, production of increased stem cells and improved cognition.
