My day started last night working for this young couple and their 2 little girls. They are renting at this time and had the forethought to find a realtor, get pre-approved and start their home search prior to their lease ending! I am like a proud momma right now! It is so amazing when clients listen, learn, trust a professional!
So last night I added all the homes they wanted to see to a cart in the mls, then
Mapped the locations all out, called all listing agents to confirm I was not wasting my time showing their listings, developing Poison Ivy, yuck!, decided to do video to inform the world that the market does not suck, interest rates are historically NORMAL, inventory is INCREASING, best market for buyers in the last 2 years because there’s no COMPETITION, you might actually get closing cost assistance and a home inspection, savored my momma rose ☕️ and a blueberry muffin, knocked out 11 home looks, offer submitted, negotiated against 2 other offers ( really one the other was a lowball) ,had a filet mignonette, fingerling potatoes, asparagus, and a couple glasses of wine, ratified offer, shower, ivy meds. Off to bed! A day in the life of a realtor on a mission! I can negotiate a winning offer and do an ass kicking social post!
