If you enjoy our Monday morning yoga classes at FCS, consider trying Yin Yoga on Thursday afternoons. Local practitioner DD Swan, of Riverbend Yoga in Yarmouth, will lead the class in gentle poses that focus on connective tissues in the hips, pelvis, and lower spine.

If you're preparing your spring garden, be sure to stop by Wolf's Neck Club Annual Plant Sale this weekend. Discover garden dug perennials, dahlia tubers, shrubs, baked treats and more fun surprises. Proceeds from the sale will go towards a scholarship for a Freeport high school senior.
