Tonight's OVSCA feature winner at Wayne Co Speedway, Henry Malcuit
With 18 cars in the pits at Wayne Co Speedway it looked like we have finally got Mother Nature off our back with nice blue clear skies. The evening started out with Trey Jacobs setting the JDR Parts Barn and Sales LLC Fast Time. Trey would draw a number 2 for the inversion for the heat races. In Heat race number one would see Trey Jacobs with the win followed by Henry Malcuit and TJ Michael. Heat race number 2 would see Jordan Ryan take the win over Tyler Street and Danny Mumaw. As the top 3 from each heat would redraw for the feature line up which would put Henry Malcuit and Danny Mumaw on the front row. Malcuit would take the lead at the start of the feature with Mumaw, Jordan Ryan and Kody Brewer in tow. After making contact with the front stretch wall Carlos Salazar would collect TJ Michael and Chris Myers. All 3 cars would be unable to continue. On the restart Henry Malcuit would jump into the lead only to have Trey Jacobs, Danny Mumaw take there turns at the top spot. With around 5 laps to go you could throw a blanket on the top 4. As Kody Brewer would make his presence known. As the laps would tick away the top 4 would be neck and neck for the lead as they would enter each turn it would be Trey Jacobs then Jordan Ryan Kody Brewer and Tyler Street all making ago for the top spot. On the final lap Trey Jacobs would pull a slide job on Malcuit only to come up a little short as Henry Malcuit would score the OVSCA victory.
