Indifference Is one of a large group of deadly human diseases along with apathy, ignorance, stupidity, neglect, laziness and many more.

These customary habitual human behaviors prolong and intensify such events as war, disease, famine, neglect, poverty and crime.
Punishment must be far more punitive for social misbehavior.
Adults and especially parents must be severely punished for neglecting children.
All humans must assume parental responsibility.
