DOJ Environment Boss to Target Corporate Employees for Jail Time
The Department of Justice recently announced that they will soon begin to prioritize the prosecution of individuals who commit "corporate environmental crimes." As this policy change trickles down the ranks of the DOJ, we expect to see an uptick in indictments that charge violations of environmental statutes.

Hello James, my name is Santos and I live in McKinney. I was recently pulled over on my mini motor bike. i did have a warrant at the time, for poss. of stolen prop. I got pulled over right across from my house, and i was on the side walk. The officer said that they have to take poss. of the bike under procedure.
