Cancer Kills another Brother Firefighter in Redmond Washington. Prayers for his family and friends and fellow Firefighters

Sad news from Redmond this evening.

We are heartbroken to announce the passing of Capt Scott Ely. He lost an arduous battle to cancer this afternoon. Our hearts our with his friends and family as we all mourn the loss of this remarkable man!

Know this Sir, your journey may be over, but we will pick it up and continue until a cure is found. Never forgotten.

Rest easy Scott, we’ve got it from here. RFB, RIP.

No one fights alone, cancerfighter never quits, in it to end it.

Building A Legacy

Lone Star Global Rescue Development Network, LLC (“Lone Star Global”) has brought together a team of highly experienced and well-trained fire and crash rescue instructors and subject matter experts to provide instruction at the department level as well as at local, state, national and international training conferences, symposiums and other events.

Our focus is THE HAND ON THE TOOL, NOT THE TOOL IN THE HAND. In other words, learning to do the job efficiently and effectively with the tools and equipment that are available on any given incident.

The emphasis in our “real world” scenario training is always SAFETY, EFFICIENCY AND EFFECTIVENESS of the part of the responder, and not the type or brand of tools and equipment being used.
