🐊 Gator Day at the Jacksonville Jumbo Shrimp! ⚾

Grab your orange and blue and join us for Gator Day with the Jacksonville Jumbo Shrimp on Sunday, August 2! Whether you’re a UF alum, student, fan, family member, or friend, this is a great opportunity to connect with fellow Gators while enjoying an evening at the ballpark.

⚾ Start the fun early! Join us for a pre-game social and Gator bar takeover at That Bar at the Arena before heading into the game. It’s the perfect opportunity to meet fellow Gators, enjoy food and drinks, and kick off an afternoon of orange and blue spirit together.

The game also features Military Appreciation Day, plus fun for the whole family, including pre-game face painting, balloon animals, kids playing catch on the field after the gates open, and kids running the bases after the game (weather permitting).

Congratulations to Ezequiel Serrano on his selection as the 2025 MAJ Alan Rogers Scholarship Recipient! The $1,000 scholarship honors the life and legacy of MAJ Rogers, who was killed in Iraq on January 27, 2008.

UF’s Association of Military Alumni, Association of Black Alumni, and Association of LGBTQ+ Alumni joined forces in 2025 to establish the scholarship in MAJ Rogers’ honor, share his inspirational story, and support a new generation of Gators.
