Please help us welcome Ms. Pamela Clegg to the Board of Trustees! Thank you Ms. Hendricks for your service the past 6 years!

Pamela Clegg is a 1997 graduate of Gainesville High School, where she was active in athletics before earning volleyball scholarships to both Texas Woman’s University and the University of North Texas. She ultimately graduated from The University of Texas at Austin in 2001 with a double major in Government and Spanish Literature, along with minors in Portuguese and Italian. Pamela later earned her MBA from the Universidad Autónoma de Madrid in 2004. She began her career in education, serving four years as a bilingual teacher for 2nd and 3rd grade students. She then spent more than a decade serving as a diplomat for the United States Government, including several overseas assignments. After nearly 20 years away, Pamela returned home to Gainesville so her children could experience the same strong sense of community and Texas values that shaped her upbringing. Pamela is actively involved in youth athletics and volunteers as a girls basketball and volleyball coach. She also serves as Head Coach for local club volleyball teams. She has three children attending Gainesville ISD across multiple schools and grade levels. Pamela's father served on the Gainesville ISD School Board and the Gainesville City Council, while her mother dedicated nearly 50 years to education, including more than two decades serving GISD students.
