I’ve had the privilege and honor of working with this amazing group of individuals since basically the beginning of the NM PEN. What a wonderful blog featured on the National Association of Pretrial Services Agencies (NAPSA) website. While the results were not what I had hoped for, I am incredibly proud of this campaign and grateful for the support I received along the way.

To everyone who voted for me, encouraged me, shared my posts, put up signs, volunteered, donated, invited me to speak, or simply believed in me, thank you. Your support meant more than I can adequately express.

This campaign was never just about winning an election. It was about educating the community, building connections, and having important conversations about our justice system. I am proud of what we accomplished together and proud to have earned the trust and support of so many people.

My commitment to serving this community has not changed. I will continue working hard and look for ways to make a positive difference.

Tomorrow is Election Day, and I spent most of today reflecting on this journey.

Over the past six months, I've attended chapter meetings, community events, and had countless conversations with people. If there's one thing I've learned, it's that our community cares deeply about fairness, accountability, and the future of McKinley County.

I've learned that people want to be heard. They want leaders who will listen, who will show up, and who will treat everyone with dignity and respect. I've also learned that while we may not always agree on every issue, we all want a community that is safe, strong, and full of opportunity.

No matter what happens tomorrow, I am grateful for every conversation, every word of encouragement, every tough question, and every person who took the time to share their experiences and perspectives with me.

Thank you to everyone who has supported me, challenged me, and walked alongside me during this campaign. I am proud of the race we have run and honored to have had the opportunity to earn your trust.

Tomorrow, I humbly ask for your vote for Magistrate Judge Division 1.
