Congratulations to Third Season and Autumn Skye Design as The Garden Conservancy — A Study in Botany makes its final debut at the Hampton Classic.

Conceived and creatively directed by Autumn Janesky, this project invited us to explore horses, plants, and the inextricable relationship between the two—an idea Autumn envisioned and carried through every expression of the experience.

For Equestrian Gardens, it has been a privilege to help bring her vision to life through botany—from the first layers of moss, ferns, herbs and grasses in the Tack Room to today’s final expression under the VIP Tent.

At its heart, Autumn’s concept reminds us that the equestrian world is deeply connected to the natural one: the plants that nourish the horse, the landscapes that surround them, and the earth beneath every hoofbeat.

Congratulations, Autumn and Third Season, on a beautiful and thoughtful vision brought to life. 🌿🐴

THE GARDEN CONSERVANCY
— A Study in Botany —
Sunday, August 31st

Third Season continues to share its themed gardens at the Hampton Classic.

This week, Equestrian Gardens has had the opportunity to collaborate with Autumn Janesky on her creative concept for Third Season—developed, envisioned and produced by Autumn and brought to life through a series of botanical experiences and locally sourced antiques.

From thoughtfully planned collections of mosses, ferns, herbs and grasses in the Tack Room, to an expression of the natural beauty of the earth and sky, the story culminates tomorrow with the grand finale in the VIP Table Competition.

The Garden Conservancy: A Study in Botany connects the importance of plant life to the health and well-being of the horse, inviting guests to look a little closer, learn something new and discover the extraordinary relationship between horses, plants and the natural world around them.

Stay tuned for more as The Garden Conservancy comes to life tomorrow under the VIP Tent.

KPF’s fresh new botanical look for the 2026 Hampton Classic by Equestrian Gardens.

Building on the meadow-inspired landscape we created in 2025, this year we shifted toward a more tailored expression of the Hamptons—crisp whites, fresh greens, beautiful texture and an intentionally restrained botanical palette.

We selected exceptional seasonal material from our favorite local growers and suppliers, then layered in special touches throughout to create a landscape that feels classic, polished and distinctly KPF.

A fresh season. A new botanical direction. The same attention to every detail.

New take on a classic Copley Hill look designed by Equestrian Gardens. Last year we collaborated with Copley Hill owner, Anthony Desimone to design a look that was distinctly their own. Statement planters designed for each season with a mid-century modern seating area integrated with Copley Hill’s crisp Black and White branding. For the Hampton Classic, we came across these Kingsley Bate antique chairs which set the look for the 51st anniversary of the Hampton Classic paired with classic boxwood, Dream Cloud hydrangea (a new fav for our team) and Hameln grass in bloom. Plants were sourced within 25 miles of the Hampton Classic from some of the areas top growers, sod cut directly from family owned Delea Sod Farms. Much love goes out to Copley Hill for choosing Equestrian Gardens and to our supplies for all their help with our locally grown commitment. Now taking clients for the Hampton Classic 2027.

Unexpected magic. ✨

An evening filled with beautiful gardens, dear friends, inspiring conversations, and a community united by a shared love of nature.

The Landcraft Foundation has a remarkable way of bringing together passionate people, sparking new ideas, and opening doors to unexpected paths—both near and far.

Feeling inspired, grateful, and already looking forward to next year. 🌿

Thank you, Landcraft Foundation. 💚

Every garden has a story.

Last year, we planted a sunflower garden to celebrate the friendship between a mother and daughter. We built a native garden with every member of the family pitching in, each leaving their own mark on the landscape. We’ve carefully tended a magnificent Southern Magnolia that’s now fuller and more beautiful than ever. We’ve spread wood chips to feed the soil, thinned the tree canopy so it could grow stronger, and watched the entire property become healthier with each passing season.

The best gardens aren’t created in a day. They’re built through memories, patience, and care. They become the backdrop for family traditions, celebrations, quiet mornings, and everyday life. That’s always the goal for us—to create a landscape that grows more meaningful with every season.

The Botanical Program at HITS Hudson Valley is in growth mode as we prepare for July’s Summer Show Jumping Tour. 🌿

While you’re training, we’re hard at work enhancing gardens, refining landscapes, and creating beautiful spaces for competitors, spectators, and sponsors to enjoy.

We’ll be ready to welcome you back in just a few short weeks.

More to come. Stay tuned. 🌱✨
