Hello all!

I know it has been some time since my initial episode and I have made promises of getting the next one out, but I have been dealing with my own mental health struggles over the last month or more. I want you all to know that I am doing better and working with my clinicians to get even better. I am not giving up on this journey, just hit a speed bump.
