We are a multi-ethnic ministry in Gastonia, NC. What brings us together is a common love for God and a desire to worship Him. Our Wednesday bible studies are where we connect, grow, and serve as extenders of the Kingdom of God. The preaching/teaching style is conversational, full of illustrations, and most importantly, easily accessible for seasoned Christians & non-Christians. At Peculiar Generation our worship is simple without being simplistic. We seek biblical substance coupled with modern style. Our music is contemporary with elements of gospel, jazz & rock. We seek to blend elements of classic hymns, modern praise/worship and contemporary music. Our vision statement is: To establish a multi-faceted center for the purpose of teaching, training, equipping, and empowering individuals for discipleship of the kingdom’s purpose.

Today: Wow....y’all made him feel extra, EXTRA special. He’s smiled all day 😁 Thanks to the chefs and staff at Barrister's at the Esquire Hotel for the amazing hospitality. Thanks to our sister, Shakita for hanging out with us for brunch. To Peculiar Generation Community Church and The Jordan Partnership/ The Empowerment District of the Jordan Partnership, y’all are absolutely amazing ❤️ Pastor Rodney Freeman of Mt. Zion Restoration Church, him hearing from you made his heart warm.
