Wadsworth Library was originally established April 21, 1869.

The Wadsworth Library serves residents and visitors of all ages, providing them with materials, programs, information and services to enable them to: develop a love of learning that will serve them well at all stages of their lives, keep current on popular trends, and to enjoy satisfying recreational experiences, access information needed to answer questions on a broad array of topics related to work, school, community, and personal life.

It's been an AMAZING dinosaur summer at Wadsworth Library! 🦕 🦖 We've had so much fun reading, crafting, enjoying performances, eating tasty treats, and most of all seeing all of YOU!

Happening tonight, August 24 at 5:30 pm at the library. Livingston County Historian Holly Watson will present Agricultural Innovation in the Genesee Valley. Learn how generations of local farmers have developed innovative tools, techniques, and technologies to ease the challenges of farm work while continuing to feed and sustain the county and beyond. Doors will open 15 minutes prior to the start of the event.

For some kids the return to school in September comes with subject specific dread, often MATH. 📐

If your elementary age student needs some math encouragement be sure to check out "Dear Math, We're Not Friends" by Lina Haldar and "I'm Trying to Love Math" by Bethany Barton for some math related grins, giggles, and encouraging words. Both are available at Wadsworth Library. 📚
