MSEP employer Allstate would like to recruit military spouses to participate in their Apprenticeship Program. Participants can jump-start their career at Allstate while studying for their associate degree. Allstate’s Apprenticeship Program gives participants hands-on experience in a variety of departments while they are enrolled in a two-year community college or technical school. In addition to the paycheck, individuals receive mentorship and the possibility of a full-time position at Allstate.
Participants will spend 15 to 30 hours a week with Allstate in hands-on learning and can create a schedule that works for them. Apprentices have worked in various business functions, including cloud engineering, cybersecurity, information technology, and human resources. This is a 12 to 24-month program, allowing apprentices to take full advantage of all the benefits and transition from college to corporate life.
