“‘But then I will heal the people in that city. I will let them enjoy peace and safety.
Please Lord let it be soon!
Everybody bow your heads...Dear Heavenly Father, I come to you as humbly as I know how. I confess my sins, known and unknown. Lord you know I'm not perfect, and I fall short everyday of my life. I just want to take time out to say thank you for your mercy and your grace. Thank you for my health, my family, my friends, the roof over my head, food on my table, and everything I have.
No matter what it looks like He still blesses me!!
Thank you Lord! Amen!
Here is a little tip on how to pray for yourself. Just take your time and focus on each one and how we can better ourselves, the Lord will help you see how to make the adjustments you need to make.
• Right spirit
• Good Attitude
I pray that this is helpful
Teach me your way, Lord, so that I can walk in your truth. Make my heart focused only on honoring your name.
Matthew 7:7-8 “Continue to ask, and God will give to you. Continue to search, and you will find. Continue to knock, and the door will open for you. Yes, whoever continues to ask will receive. Whoever continues to look will find. And whoever continues to knock will have the door opened for them.
It is not telling us to do more, it says to continue... Keep up what you know is of God.
Cut away what you know is not of God and it will reveal His face.
Seek His will.
Seek His face.
Rest In Peace Marine.

In those days Caesar Augustus declared that everyone throughout the empire should be enrolled in the tax lists. This first enrollment occurred when Quirinius governed Syria. Everyone went to their own cities to be enrolled. Since Joseph belonged to David’s house and family line, he went up from the city of Nazareth in Galilee to David’s city, called Bethlehem, in Judea. He went to be enrolled together with Mary, who was promised to him in marriage and who was pregnant.

The shooting death of 32-year-old HPD Sgt. Christopher Brewster left his family and fellow officers reeling. This is not to guilt you or shame you into trusting God.
This is not about a religion administrated by man.
This is about LOVE.
This is about the sacrifice that was given in love.
At the age of 33,
Jesus was condemned to death .
At the time crucifixion was the "worst" death. Only the worst criminals were condemned to be crucified. Yet it was even more dreadful for Jesus, unlike other criminals condemned to death by crucifixion Jesus was to be nailed to the cross by His hands and feet.
Each nail was 6 to 8 inches long.
The nails were driven into His wrist. Not into His palms as is commonly
Portrayed. There's a tendon in the wrist that extends to the shoulder. The Roman guards knew that when the nails were being hammered into the wrist that tendon would tear and break, forcing Jesus to use His back muscles to support himself so that He could breathe.
Both of His feet were nailed together. Thus He was forced to support Himself on the single nail that impaled His feet to the cross. Jesus could not support himself with His legs because of the pain
so He was forced to alternate between arching His back then using his legs just to continue to breathe. Imagine the struggle, the pain, the suffering, the courage.
Jesus endured this reality for over 3 hours.
Yes, over 3 hours! Can you imagine this kind of suffering? A few minutes before He died, Jesus stopped bleeding. He was simply pouring water from his wounds.
From common images we see wounds to His hands and feet and even the spear wound to His side... But do we realize His wounds were actually made in his body. A hammer driving large nails through the wrist, the feet overlapped and an even large nail hammered through the arches, then a roman guard piercing His side with a spear. But before the nails and the spear Jesus was whipped and beaten. The whipping was so severe that it tore the flesh from His body. The beating so horrific that His face was torn and his beard ripped from His face. The crown of thorns cut deeply into His scalp. Most men would not have survived this torture.
He had no more blood to bleed out, only water poured from His wounds. The human adult body contains about 3.5 liters
(just less than a gallon) of blood.
Jesus poured all 3.5 liters of his blood; He had three nails hammered into Him; a crown of thorns on His head and, beyond that, a Roman soldier who stabbed a spear into His side.
All these without mentioning the humiliation He suffered after carrying His own cross for almost 2 kilometers, while the crowd spat in his face and threw stones (the cross was almost 30 kg of weight,
Only for its higher part, where His hands were nailed).
Jesus had to endure this experience, to open the Gates of Heaven, so that you can have free access to God.
So that your sins could be "washed" away. All of them, with no exception!
If you have been hurt by people, remember what God has done for you.
People in some Church’s are hurt and seeking love themselves but they are hurting others and don’t know it.
Don’t let the pain you feel from people’s actions lead you away from Gods love for you.
May God lay His hand of favor upon you and your family.
In His love
Give thanks to the LORD and call out to him! Tell the nations what he has done.
1 Chronicles 16:8
Lord God, with my whole heart I worship you and praise your holy name. Every morning when I awaken I will remember to thank you for a new day and for opportunities to praise you; every evening I will remember to thank you for your blessings and for your love and care. Amen...
The Lord tells his secrets to those that follow Him. He teaches them about his agreement. I always look to the Lord for help. Only he can free me from my troubles.

5 things to know about police chaplains
Police chaplains aren’t there to push a religion on police officers; their role is primarily to listen and offer emotional and spiritual support

Jesus was going to Jerusalem. His twelve followers were with him. While they were walking, he gathered the followers together and spoke to them privately. He said to them,“We are going to Jerusalem. The Son of Man will be handed over to the leading priests and the teachers of the law, and they will say he must die. They will hand him over to the foreigners, who will laugh at him and beat him with whips, and then they will kill him on a cross. But on the third day after his death, he will be raised to life again.”

Today FLEA lost a member of our blue family. Officer Daniel Beckwith was a close friend, brother, husband, and beloved son. Our prayers and support are with Daniel's family in this difficult time.
Unfortunately the public is often unaware of the challenges our officers face on a daily basis. Those who are called to serve do so often at great detriment to their personal relationships, physical well-being and mental health. But they do it anyways. They do it because they care about maintaining justice in our society. They do it because they put the safety of others over their own. They do it, because most of the time, no one else will.
Ofc. Beckwith was an exceptional policeman, and an even better friend. He genuinely cared about those around him, whether he knew them personally or they were complete strangers. He put himself ahead of others, in order to ensure the safety of the community he swore to protect. Though you may not know it, Ofc. Beckwith saved many lives over the course of his career. It will forever be our deepest regret and shameful reality that we could not return the favor.
Our Blue family grieves deeply for the loss of our Brother. Please take a moment to acknowledge Ofc. Beckwith's service to our community. You will never be forgotten. We will hold the line...
