Dear Atlas Township Resident,

On behalf of the Atlas Township Board, I would like to sincerely thank you for your support of the renewal of the Atlas Police and Fire Department millages.

Your vote of confidence allows the Township to continue providing the high-quality police and fire services that our residents rely on every day. These services are essential to protecting our families, homes, businesses, and community.

We understand that renewing a millage is an important decision for taxpayers, and we do not take your support for granted. The Township Board is committed to being responsible stewards of your tax dollars while ensuring that our police and fire departments have the resources necessary to respond when you need them.

Thank you again for taking the time to vote and for supporting the men and women who serve Atlas Township. Your continued support makes a meaningful difference in our community.

Trash Pickup Update

Atlas Township has been working closely with Emterra to address the recent trash collection issues that many residents have experienced.

Emterra has agreed to implement several changes over the next couple of weeks to improve service. While we cannot guarantee these changes will resolve every issue, we are optimistic they will significantly improve trash collection throughout the township.

You can help by:

πŸ—‘οΈ Reporting missed pickups – If your trash has not been collected by Wednesday evening, please notify the Township so we can report it to Emterra for follow-up.

πŸ—‘οΈ Having your trash ready by 7:00 a.m. – Please ensure all trash is bagged and placed at the roadside by 7:00 a.m. on your collection day. Loose trash will not be collected.

Thank you for your patience and cooperation as we work with Emterra to improve service for all Atlas Township residents.
