Grand Island Public Schools, located in Hall County, is a comprehensive school system offering a college- and career-ready education to students in pre-kindergarten through twelfth grade. The district includes preschool at four locations, 13 elementary schools, three middle schools, an alternative middle school setting, one Class A high school, an alternative high school and an off-site career aca
demy campus (Career Pathways Institute). Combined, these buildings house about 10,000 students. The Academies of Grand Island Senior High offer students the chance to join interest-based pathways to personalize their high school experience. Quality education begins with a quality staff.
