Join our next session of the free Heart Healthy Class! Senior Social Center of Craig Heart Health (CHARLAR) Class starts September 14 and ends November 23. It will be at the Senior Social Center Mondays from 10:30am to 12:30pm. This course will be in-person covering a different topic of heart health. Provider Spotlight of the Week: Hilltop's Senior Daybreak! Senior Daybreak provides a day program for adults living with dementia, Alzheimer’s disease, and other conditions that result in memory loss. Participants enjoy a variety of activities designed to meet their interests and needs, along with nutritious meals and snacks.

The program also provides caregivers with an opportunity for much-needed respite while their loved ones are engaged in a safe, supportive, and welcoming environment.

Senior Daybreak offers a safe, engaging adult day program for individuals living with dementia, Alzheimer's, Parkinson's, MS, TBI, and other memory-related conditions while providing valuable respite for caregivers.

Provider Spotlight of the Week: Senior Social Center of Craig! The Senior Social Center provides a variety of activities for older adults in Moffat County. They have exercise classes, card games, art classes, book clubs, movies and much more! The Senior Social Center also offers Medicare Counseling through their SHIP program.
