This week at Celebrate Recovery, we are kicking off a new series focused on Getting Right with God, Yourself, and Others. Before we jump into the next set of focused topics, we’ll take a night to step back and see how the pieces fit together — especially for those who are newer to recovery or wondering what comes next. We’ll look at themes like confession, admitting truth, becoming ready for change, victory, amends, forgiveness, and grace, and how each one helps move us toward deeper healing and freedom. Come join us for a powerful overview night that will help you understand the road ahead and take your next step with confidence.
As always, we will have inspiring worship, Men's/Women's Open Share groups and free desserts. Celebration Place for kids and The Landing for Teens will also be meeting. You won't want to miss this special night! Small Bites served at 6:00pm. Bring someone you know!

🚨 SEARCH INTENSIFIES FOR MISSING MAN IN AUBURN

AUBURN, California | August 23, 2026

A major Search and Rescue operation continues today for 24-year-old Ian Roberts.

🔵 Overlook Park and adjacent trails are closed today for Search and Rescue activity. PCSO is asking the public to stay out of the secured search area.

🔵 Search and Rescue teams from across California are converging on Auburn this morning, bringing specialized personnel, K9s, equipment and other search resources.

🔵 Ian’s vehicle was located at the Auburn Skate Park after it was tracked to the area.

🔵 Saturday’s search included 20 PCSO SAR volunteers, two K9 teams, multiple drones, PCSO’s Falcon 30 helicopter and CHP’s H20 helicopter.

📹 CHECK YOUR CAMERAS: Anyone around the Auburn Skate Park, Overlook Park, American River Canyon trails or surrounding Auburn State Recreation Area is encouraged to review recent footage.

Ian is 6’0”, approximately 210 pounds and was last seen wearing a brown T-shirt, dark shorts and gray shoes, possibly with a beanie.
