We wanted to talk to you about the need of keeping your animals inside and safe. On a daily we get in animals that have been hit by cars or attacked by other animals. It is very important that you keep an eye on your animals at all times while they are outside! Please do not leave your animal outside unattended in a unsecure space.

If your animal does get injured please take your animal to the vet right away! On average you will spend $5,000 a year on any animal that you get. Please think before adopting or getting an animal if your willing to spend that much on them.

This poor baby here is named Finn his owners left him outside unattended. He left their property and got hit by a car. Instead of taking him to the vet they left him in their back yard with little food or water. When they surrendered he had multiple blisters and his back was broken. He has found his forever home and is being well taken care of.
But please let finn be a lesson to everyone that animals are a responsibility not a property.

Take care of your furry friends!

The City of Grants and the City Council would like to encourage Citizens and Visitors
To avoid being downtown near City Hall, High Street, Santa Fe Ave, First Street and Second Street on the morning of July 4th. There may be a parade and possibly a protest that is not sanctioned by the City.

We understand that this parade may turn into a protest. Per one source, many from various outside groups who may be in opposition are expected to come to town. For your safety and the safety of your families, we recommend that citizens avoid the downtown area at this time.
