Today, Student Government and the rest of UWGB said goodbye to Dr. Eric Arneson, our Vice Chancellor for Student Affairs and Campus Climate. Dr. Arneson had done so many amazing things for the University, and everyone knew him as the administrator who worked for the students and always had a smile on his face. We know wherever he goes, he will do amazing things! Goodbye, Dr. Arneson; thank you for everything you have done for our university. Once a Phoenix, always a phoenix! 🦅💯 🔥💚💚

The Public and Environmental Affairs Council has launched a petition to try to divest (basically un-invest) university money from fossil fuel companies. Doing so would send a strong message in support of clean energy and sustainability.

So if you are a student at UWGB currently you should follow the link to our official petition page, but do not sign this petition twice whether on the physical sheets or online, as we will be entering in your physical signatures to this webpage.

Also, feel free to go ahead and share this link with other students.

Thanks!

Students, Staff, and Faculty, recycle your unused and unwanted items by swapping with other members of the Phoenix family! Bring your clean clothing in "good" to "excellent" condition (all sizes, including children); smaller, working household items such as kitchen or decoration items; smaller sports- or toy- related items; or anything else that can be transported by foot or car back to the new owner’s home.

Bring items to Phoenix A and B from 9 a.m.-4 p.m. Wednesday, Feb. 11. Then come back from 9 a.m.-4 p.m. on Thursday, Feb. 12, to pick out stuff to take home. All items must be removed by 4 p.m. on Thursday. Sponsored by UWGB Pride Center and UWGB Student Government Association.
Alpha Zeta Phi Fraternity at UWGB and Green Bay Athletics invite you to donate your used athletic shoes at the February 5 UWGB Men's Basketball Game. Please drop off used or unwanted athletic shoes with Alpha Zeta Phi members before the game.

This collection is a local philanthropy event by the Alpha Zeta Phi Fraternity in conjunction with Nike Reuse-A-Shoe Program that transforms the rubber from the outsole, foam from the midsole and fabric from the upper into Nike Grind, a material used to create athletic and playground surfaces and more.
