We are so glad to see so many students and their families today. Some of our Food Truck Friends wanted to come see you too! Swayzee Loinz and Kona Ice are located in the circle parking lot on the west side of the builing.

Along the west side of GCHS you'll find a variety of food trucks. Stop at one of the many food trucks to celebrate the start of the school year. Rather you choose savory or sweet, dinner or dessert, that's up to you. Give yourself the gift of time, by checking one more item off your to-do list.

Decatur County Greensburg Marching Band students and directors have worked tirelessly this summer to prepare for the Indiana State Fair Band Day. Please support these musicians by attending the Community Day Event. On Saturday, August 1, 2026, from 6-8 P.M. at Greensburg Community School's football field these student will perform their show for our community. Three Schools- One Band.

Greensburg Administrators have been hard at work all summer preparing for the 2026-2027 school year. We greeted our staff today and can’t wait to see all of our students on Tuesday, August 4, 2026.

Greensburg Community Schools are thankful for the amazing lunch provided by First Christian Church today. They provided fried chicken, pulled pork, mac ‘n cheese, coleslaw and hand dipped ice cream! Thank you First Christian Church for your support and generosity, what a fabulous way to begin our new school year!
