🚨 Yesterday the Greers Ferry Dive Team responded for mutual aid to assist with a vehicle recovery. Thank you to Conway OEM for allowing our team to join the effort, and to the local fisherman who located the vehicle. 👏 Conway County divers also assisted. The vehicle was recovered from Taylor Creek Boat Ramp in Bigelow (Perry County) and was reported stolen out of Little Rock in 2018. 🙏🤿🚗

Looking back at our time training at UCI Alabama, it’s clear just how tight-knit and well-rounded our team has become. This preparation has not only enhanced our skills but also brought us closer together.

🌊 Greers Ferry Dive Team in Action! 🤿

Our dive team is hard at work perfecting their craft as we prepare for the Under Water Criminal Investigation class in Alabama.

Day 1 took us to the quarry, where the water temperature was a chilly 52 degrees! ❄️

Day 2 shifted to the pool, where we focused on essential drills, including:
- New Gear Familiarization
- Open Water Skills
- Full Face Mask Training
- Peak Performance Buoyancy
- Removal & Replacement of Equipment at Depth

We’re so excited to work with our teammates and enhance our diving abilities together! 💪

Big waves of excitement as we welcome our tiniest recruit—little Jenna Covington, daughter of CPT Lucas Covington! She’s ready to make a splash (and maybe a mess)! 🤿

Jenna might not be able to dive just yet, but she’s already mastered the art of looking adorable in a Scuba Mask. We can’t wait to see her lead the team in snack breaks and giggles! 🍪😂

🚨 Vehicle Donation Request 🚨

If anyone has an old car or truck they’d be willing to donate to our dive team, it would be greatly appreciated. We use donated vehicles for real-world training scenarios, helping us stay sharp and prepared for underwater rescue and recovery situations.
