The Administration has redefined a lot of words, and that isn’t fundamental strategy of tyranny - controlling language means controlling people.

Constitutional conservatives oppose almost everything the Administration is doing. The NYT today highlights just one of those effort. My group is another, more publicly focused effort to rally Americans to pressure House Republicans to return to their roots.

The 9th District Congressman used to be unafraid of bucking his own party - we need that guy back before the midterms, and maybe before the end of the summer.

This is what tyranny looks like. When you give one man unquestioned allegiance and the power to control local law enforcement, he does what he wants with it and isn’t constrained by the Constitution or any objective truth.

These areas are objectively not “sanctuary” jurisdictions, but it doesn’t matter because many, including Congressman Morgan Griffith, have given the President the sole authority to decides what’s true and false, and what’s legal and not legal.

The President didn’t have the Constitutional Authority to issue sweeping tariffs, and the terms “economic emergency” and “reciprocal” were objectively false as well, but too many still went along with - even outlets like CNN used the term “reciprocal.”

If you prefer to be stuck appealing to your local subservient Congressman when tyranny comes for you then that’s your right. But if you’d like to fight back while we still can, options are in comments.

One brave Republican finally stood up to Trump on a major issue.

On May 22, 2025, Congressman Thomas Massie stood alone to oppose Trump’s “Big, Beautiful Bill.”He warned it was a debt bomb ticking.

That bond markets had already responded. That Moody’s downgraded us. That Congress was fueling $30 trillion in new debt.

And what did leadership do?

They passed it—after midnight—in a session they started at 11PM the night before.

Instead of honoring his oath and standing up to the President, Ninth District “Constitutional Conservative” H. Morgan Griffith again showed fealty by posting:

“Congratulations Mr. Speaker for getting the One Big Beautiful Bill Act across the finish line in the House!”

This wasn’t fiscal responsibility. It was fealty.And the House once again took its cues not from their oath or the Constitution—but from Stephen Miller.

Thursday, one Republican stood.
