We will hold our second reading of the Constitution on Constitution Day 9/17.

On September 1, 1787 the delegates to the Constitutional Convention signed the document they created. States and other countries have used our Constitution as a model in developing their own. They do not include the Electoral College as one of the components as they recognize the short comings. We should learn a lesson. States can fix this by joining the National Popular Vote Interstate Compact. North Carolina should be one of those states.
