The Military Youth Worker provides supervision and guidance to 16-19 year old at-risk youth (cadets), voluntarily enrolled in the Freestate ChalleNGe Program. All shifts available. This residential program is located at the Aberdeen Proving Ground, Harford County Maryland.
Education: Graduation from a standard high school or possession of a high school equivalency certificate.
Experience: Six months of experience working with groups of children or youth in a structured environment, such as in a recreation center, institutional or school setting.
Desired experience: Six months experience working with children ages 14 and up. Military, DJS or Corrections experience preferred but not necessary.
