The city of Guntersville is the County Seat of Marshall County and the Court House is located in downtown Guntersville. Court House hours are 8:00am to 4:30pm

Services have been restored at the CrossRoads Mall and the tag office will reopen Thursday 3/19 at 8am!!

Due to a water outage in the CrossRoads Mall our tag office will be closed until further notice. We anticipate an update on restoration on Thursday.

You can visit our Boaz office from 8-4 located at 99 Railroad Street. The Arab Rec Ctr from 8-4 located at 761 N. Main St and the Guntersville Courthouse from 8-430.

Good morning Marshall County!

When you purchase a car, truck, motorcycle or RV - anything you drive, please remember to bring updated insurance that shows coverage on that new purchase.

We do not have a way to look up your policy. We have to add your new policy details to the registration database. Yes, we can see it on your phone via an email or an app!

If you are renewing tags - we might not need it, especially if you have not changed since last year BUT we always suggest you bring it...Just in Case!!

The Marshall County Courthouse in Albertville and Guntersville will be closed tomorrow (01/26) due to icing and will delay opening until 9:30 AM Tuesday (01/27).

*This includes our satellite offices in Arab, Boaz & Albertville.
