Hello!! All of the Marshall County tag offices are open & fully operational.

Our June renewals have until Tuesday 6/30 to come get those decals without paying penalty!

The Guntersville Tag office is back open this morning! Thank you for your patience while we were closed. *Our drivers license is down at this time, the state is working on that. You can renew online or at any of our other tag offices. Thank you!

The Guntersville Tag & Drivers license office inside the courthouse will be closed tomorrow 6/18 thru 6/22. Reopening on Tuesday 6/23.

ALL offices will be closed on Friday, 6/19 for a state holiday.

Probate Court & Recording will be open in the courthouse on Thursday & Monday.

Albertville tag, Boaz tag & Arab tag will be open on Thursday & Monday.

The tag & drivers license stations at the Guntersville Courthouses will be closed from Thursday 6/18 thru Monday 6/22 due to a construction project. We plan to reopen to the public on Tuesday 6/23.

Probate Court and Recording WILL be open.

There will be a staff member in the hallway to help answer questions & provide additional resources.

Tuesday, June 2nd will be the last day to pay May tags without a penalty.
