💚 June is Men’s Mental Health Awareness Month 💚
Men are often taught to be tough, push through, and carry the weight on their own. But stress, anxiety, depression, trauma, and loneliness don’t care how tough you are.
Being strong isn’t staying silent.
Being strong is reaching out.
If you’re struggling, talk to someone you trust. If one of your buddies seems off, check on him. A simple conversation can make a bigger difference than you know.
📞 Call or text 988 for immediate mental health support.
📱 In a crisis, call 911.
🏥 Contact your local mental health provider or healthcare professional.
🤝 Reach out to a friend, family member, pastor, coworker, or mentor.
💚 Contact the Lavaca County Mental Health Team at (361) 798-2121, Option 6. Both male and female mental health team members are available to assist and connect you with resources. ** If in crisis, call 911 for immediate help. They will dispatch the mental health team.**
You don’t have to fight every battle alone.
Real men talk. Real men heal. Real men ask for help when they need it.
