Another breakfast option on the menu!🍎

Today we’re making a nourishing quinoa oatmeal with coconut milk, tea water and grass-fed butter.

Then we add all my favorite fall spices—cinnamon, cardamom, nutmeg, and pumpkin spice.

The apples are stewed in coconut oil and grass fed butter, then finished with molasses and honey.

Then topped with crunchy pumpkin seeds!😋

A warm, nourishing breakfast made with love🍎✨
