Poor credit and lack of credit scores impacts millions of Americans, but can play an especially large role in preventing African American and Hispanic households from achieving homeownership. These households have higher rates of low credit, credit invisibility and unscorable credit under traditional models, which prevents them from accessing a mortgage to buy a first home. Homeownership can be a key factor in building wealth. To learn more about this change, go to: FHFA Announcement on Credit Score Models | Federal Housing Finance Agency.

Fair Housing is the law! A reasonable accommodation is a change in policy, practice, or procedure that is needed for an individual in the protected class of ‘disability.’ In housing, existing handicap parking may not be sufficient to meet the needs of individuals because of location, access, and/or availability.

If a housing provider receives a reasonable accommodation request for reserved parking, their responsibility is to evaluate this request in a timely and fair manner, complying with fair housing laws.

Fair Housing is the law! The Fair Housing Act requires agencies and organizations that receive federal funds to both combat acts of housing discrimination as well as to work to change our current housing landscape, which has been shaped by public policies and private practices into a system in which some neighborhoods and groups of people have quality housing, investment, and wealth-building opportunities that others do not.

PHRC takes very seriously the charge to foster communities that are inclusive to all, regardless of protected class, and to support programs and practices that overcome housing segregation. If you want information about those efforts, call the PA Fair Housing Line at 855-866-5718 or contact [email protected]

🙏The Missing Needs Your Help🎗️

I have Multiple Lawyers and Attorneys as friends, and Multiple Politicians as Friends as well as Judges and Judge candidates. This Message is for you all.
🚩 Multiple Missing Persons Advocates and I have been discussing something last night, We are trying to get a Law, (Bill) past into Law to make changes for Missing Persons. We all believe that the Law has to change on how cases are being investigated. Why should Missing Persons have to suffer because some Law Enforcement does not have the proper resources for the cases, Etc. 🚩 This was actually other Advocates idea and 🙏they suggested Making the Law into my Missing Daughter's name Kaylene Oehling🙏. Someone please help us. My opinion this could be a Great campaign for some of you for Election. I have enough Friends on here Running for something, please help us Help the Missing.🙏🎗️ The Advocates I associate with are from across the country and we feel as though it should be a Federal Law on how Missing Persons cases are treated and investigated.
💔Please Help us Help the Missing💔

🛑If you are willing to help us please Private Message me, Thank you for your Support 🛑
