2020 HHS Homecoming will be Friday, October 2, and just because we cannot all be together like we are used to doesn’t mean we can’t support our team and have a great time!

Our student body will not get to have a traditional pep rally this year but 2020 is anything but traditional, right?! So, let’s show our Hornet Pride by submitting hype videos for our team and student body!

Here’s how it will work:
We encourage all HHS ALUMNI and former football players, cheerleaders, and band members to submit videos that are SUPERcharged and encouraging! (No foul language, gestures or innuendoes will be accepted)! We welcome chants, songs, cheers and all things Hornet Spirit! 🧡

We also encourage all community members and community organizations to submit a video that is encouraging and uplifting but should also be fun, loud, and SUPERcharged to our students! We, as a community, can continue to show our support, albeit virtually, of our Hornets! 🧡🖤🧡

*Videos should be fun, loud, exciting and show spirit
*Videos should be no longer than 15 seconds
*Videos should be filmed horizontally for best viewing
*Videos can be sent to Harrisburg Athletics at [email protected]
*ALL video submissions need to be in by 3 pm on Wednesday, September 23rd.

Our EAST students will work to put together a hype video that will be shared on homecoming day.

Homecoming is next Friday, Oct. 10, 2014! Tailgating starts at 4:00 p.m. If you need a tailgate area reserved, contact Jamie Redd Wright, 870.219.3472.

BBQ sandwich plates and BBQ nachos will be for sale from 4:45-6:30 p.m. at the Alumni Pavilion. Everyone is invited! ALL PROCEEDS will go to the Natalie Jo Eaton account to assist Natalie and her family.

There will also be a large card for people to sign and send messages to Natalie.

This is the perfect time to come out, eat, visit with old and new friends, and support our very own Nat Jo! Then you can stick around for homecoming ceremonies and the HHS football game!

Happy Homecoming! Congratulations to all who made the 2014 Homecoming Court.

The idea of alumni volleyball games is being thrown around. It can be done but with a lot of volunteers and players! If you are interested in volunteering to organize and/or work the games and/or if you are interested in playing please reply or message Jamie Redd Wright. A final decision will be made by homecoming, Friday, October 10, 2014.
