This grant provides Pennsylvania small businesses the opportunity to acquire energy efficient or pollution prevention technologies with a 50% reimbursement matching grant for equipment or materials. Do not delay! Grants awarded on a first-come, first-served basis!

The refunds for PA utility customers continue, as the PA Public Utility Commission voted 5-0 to approve a settlement in The York Water Company rate proceeding. The OSBA was a party in negotiations that led to the succesful joint settlement agreement that will result in a total of $2.1 million in refunds to customers, as well as a net revenue increase nearly 50% less than originally sought by the utility. The OSBA is thrilled that its participation in the Duquesne Light Company rate proceeding will result in substantial savings for consumers. The PA Public Utility Commission voted 5-0 to approve a net revenue increase that is approximately 50% less than originally sought by Duquesne. Additionally, Duquesne will refund consumers $24 million in savings that resulted from the Federal Tax Cuts and Jobs Act of 2017. Asmus actively participated in negotiations that led to the successful achievement of a Joint Petition for Full Settlement in Columbia Water Company's recent rate proceeding at the PA PUC.
