Be sure to save the date for this year's Golf Outing! This year we are again at Dunham Hills Golf Club on August 15th with a 1:30pm shotgun.

Get 'em while supplies last - just in time for summer! Our Firefighters Association is selling t-shirts - $10 for kids (YXS-YL) and $15 for adults (XS-5X) by cash, check, or Venmo. 100% of proceeds go directly back in to our community via various Firefighters Association events like Christmas Families and Thanksgiving Dinner for families in need, helping our community families that have been impacted by fire or other disaster, etc.
Get yours by stopping by the main station at 3205 Hartland Rd. at any of the following times:
- Today (6/30) until 2pm
- Tomorrow (7/1) from 9am to 6pm
- Thursday (7/2) from 9am to 6pm

Cool eagle! Our Country’s 250th and next year is our Fire Department’s 100th - great time to join!!!

In the last 24 hours we have responded to a structure fire, car fire in the driveway and 5 other calls including Carbon Monoxide alarm and emergency medical calls.
During the structure fire, all our personnel were committed and we relied on Brighton Area Fire for assistance on the CO call - thanks!.
Simultaneous calls happen more and more frequently, which strains our staffing. The demand for service in our community is constantly increasing.
Our goal is to provide consistent, timely, and reliable emergency response for our community and as it grows, we grow with it. If you are up for a rewarding challenge that will change your life, give us a call. We’ve got something for you.

Wow! Scary stuff! Great news that the family had WORKING ALARMS!!!

Early this morning a Carbon Monoxide alarm saved a young family here in Hartland. A faulty heating mechanism in the home caused a potentially fatal build up of CO. The alarm woke them and allowed them to get out of the home safely. Having working alarms is essential. Please give us a call if you need help installing an alarm. Your family’s safety is always our priority.

Heads up this morning! Leave some extra time and be cautious, it is pretty thick out there. Also, there are some flooded roadways and intersections, including Center and Green right now - find alternate routes!!
