Updates from Summer's mom Samantha:
Jan. 25th. ****While this page was created in the sense of praying for summer while she was in the hospital in April, we see the need to extend this page in updates for her sake. She is still struggling and needs as many prayers as possible. If you have prayed for her and our family we thank so much you for your support and prayers. We love you all. April 5, 20
14 We are still at the ER. Fever still high, waiting on chest x-ray and urine work up. CT of head come back fine. Not sure what is spiking fever or caused the convulsions. April 5, 2014 Finally home. They reduced the fever said convulsions/ trembling was brought on by fever due to a virus (whatever) I get that. This all was something she has never experienced. Talk about being scared, Mercy. Headache has eased cause she is knocked out 3 shots of morphine 2 rounds of Tylenol for fever 1 round of migraine med and a Benadryl. Who wouldn't be out. Said when she wakes up if migraine continues to bring her back. Sometimes I don't get health care professionals, I just give it to God. Just glad to be home. Please continue to remember her in prayers. A special thanks to her Uncle Cory (even though she scared you to death) For all his help today. We love you! April 6, 2014 Being admitted to ICU , please please Say a prayer she is one sick girl. Fever 103. Can't get it to break and very low blood pressure. Treating her as though she has spinal meningitis. Bad severe headache and neck pain . Please say a prayer. April 6, 2014 Taking a breather , reading all the text, answering calls and reading post. My heart is overwhelmed with joy. Thank you to all that have added her to your individual prayer list and your prayer list at your church. She has given this momma a scare. I know she is in good hands cause she is in Gods hands. She is a fighter , she is stable and fever is down and Bp is up. Hoping to do LP today. Praying for the best. Please continue to lift her up in your prayers many thanks and love you all. April 7, 2014 Please if you pray stop right now and say a prayer for my sweet Summer they are putting her on life support. This is to help her. She is fighting is hard and it will help with all her issues. So please pray now.
