Good morning Customers.
As things begin to thaw out please check for leaks.
I know most of your meter lids are hidden under the ice but if you know where it is, that is the best place to see if you have a leak. Turn off all water inside and check to see if the meter is spinning.

Good morning Customers
We seem to be having some confusion .

We are under a boil advisory
We have been since Thursday 1-8-26 @ 2:49 pm when I stood on site and filled out the form and immediately sent them into LDH and had a response from them at 3:29 pm

LDH does not accept samples on friday so there for our operators had to wait until Monday morning to collect and drop off at ldh.
I would expect us to have results this evening tuesday 1-13-26 or Wednesday 1-14-26

** THIS IS SYSTEM WIDE**

The contractors clearing the land beside vickers road busted our main water line. We have our operators in route now to repair break.

Update: repair is in progress as fast as he can with that being said Im assuming this will take 2+ hours to repair. We are under a boil advisory once we can turn water back on.

Update 5:00 pm. Contractor is putting pipe back together now should not be much longer.

5:30 - valves are opened back up. The system is pressuring it shouldnt take much longer and everyone should start seeing water

Hey Customers
Just wanted to give a reminder that in these low temps expected tonight and into the morning a slow drip will freeze. You will need to maintain a slow stream and keep cabinet doors open to help keep warm air available to your pipes. We have been watching the weather close and prepared on our end and really would appreciate customers doing the same.

Update!!!!!!!!!!
Due to a few scheduling issues we had to move the date of the meeting!

Bellevue water system annual meeting will be held

May 31st @10 a.m.
At the same location as last year

Hey customers, we are aware there are parts of the system that are seeing colored water, the operators have been notified and are actively trying to find the issue, aswell as flushing on rotation to try and move it out of the system.

Customers can we please check for leaks. After watching the system the past few days we believe we may have a few more residential leaks that are causing the system to constantly run and not allowing it to settle.
