Mission: The mission of the 1297th Combat Sustainment Support Battalion (CSSB) is to provide sustainment support on area basis in order to allow friendly forces and allies the freedom of movement unconstrained by logistics during federal missions. Additionally, we are trained and resourced to support the citizens of Maryland during state emergencies as declared by the governor of Maryland.
