Meddling in Primaries:
Tracking the $$ funding into "Conservatives4mt", shows only liberal far left $$.
Why are far left groups spending $$ for Eric Albus? What are they expecting in return?

In a time when politics feels more focused on power, money, and career ambition, Jordan Ophus brings something different to the table.

A U.S. Navy veteran and student at Montana State University–Northern, Jordan is running to represent District 27 in the Montana House of Representatives with a message centered on service, integrity, and accountability to the people, not political insiders.

One quote from Jordan says it best:

“I do not seek power and authority by nature. I do not view such an office as a vehicle to pursue grander ambitions nor am I willing to submit myself to the corruption of money in politics through the acceptance of the legalized bribery of campaign donations from corporate PAC's. That I lack ambition more than any other trait is my chief qualification.”

Whether you agree with him on every issue or not, it’s hard to ignore the honesty behind that statement. Montana needs more leaders who see public office as a responsibility to serve their communities, not a stepping stone for personal gain.

District 27 has a candidate who understands service, sacrifice, and putting people before politics.

Eric Albus campaigned as a Republican, talking about conservative values, supporting Montana families, and standing up for taxpayers. But when SB 90 came forward, a bill aimed at providing property tax relief for primary residences, he voted against advancing it.

At a time when homeowners across Montana are being squeezed by rising property taxes and higher living costs, many voters expected their representatives to support measures focused on relief for working families and seniors. Instead, Albus sided against the bill.

This is why voting records matter more than campaign slogans. It’s easy to talk about supporting taxpayers during election season. The real test is how legislators vote when they’re actually in Helena making decisions that affect everyday Montanans.

Before casting a ballot, voters should ask themselves a simple question: do Eric Albus’s votes match the values he campaigned on?

As property taxes continue to rise across Montana, many homeowners are looking closely at how legislators voted on bills related to tax relief. One of those bills was SB 90, which proposed using certain state revenues to help reduce the property tax burden on primary residences.

Representative Paul Tuss voted against advancing SB 90 in the House. Supporters of the bill believed it would have provided meaningful relief for working families, seniors on fixed incomes, and longtime Montana homeowners struggling with increasing costs.

Whether you agreed with the bill or not, these votes matter. Montanans deserve to know where their elected officials stand on issues that directly affect their wallets and their ability to stay in their homes.

As we head into election season, it’s important to look beyond campaign slogans and pay attention to voting records and the decisions being made in Helena.

While Montana families are getting squeezed, guess who’s celebrating the new Farm, Food, and National Security Act of 2026?

Eric Albus.

That’s right, the same guy asking for your vote stands to benefit from the very kind of federal programs packed into this bill.

Let’s call it what it is:
👉 More federal handouts
👉 More government control
👉 More advantage for those already in the system

Meanwhile, small operators and everyday Montanans?
They get buried in the same red tape and rising costs.

This isn’t about helping “the little guy.”
This is about protecting insiders and expanding a system that rewards them.

Montana deserves better than politicians who:

Talk about independence
But benefit from federal expansion
And stay silent when it lines their own pockets

💥 If they profit from the system, do you really think they’ll fix it?

Eric Albus isn’t fighting for you, he’s benefiting from the very system Montana is fed up with.
