The Hawley Crime (or Community) watch is a community based group which works in conjunction with the Hawley Police Department as additional eyes and ears for the authorities. They are NOT directly affiliated with the Hawley PD, and are a non-intrusive, non-engaging group. They are only serving as eyes and ears and will NOT engage anyone.
