We would like to give a special thank you to Darlene Shaughnessy, Judith Young, Lois Reithel and Ron Cunningham for all of their help with the library grounds this summer. It really does take a village and we are so grateful for ours! These wonderful volunteers are all members of the Hazel Park Neighborhood Enrichment group; they volunteer their time as well as their considerable talent to make our community a better place for everyone.

Thank you also to Richard Gage for making our awesome ground sign and planting and watering the marigolds beneath it. He will be installing our new building sign soon and we are very excited to share it with you!

This is going to be a fantastic program for the teens.
Pokemon Go has been changed to Thursday this week. We hope you can make it.
Why is Overdrive not working? I can't login to read my books. I get a Gateway error through Safari and a login page half the time through Chrome but it asks for my email and password. I login with a my library card number and a numerical password. It's really a bummer .
Just wanted to see how everyone at hazel park library is doing i write this from my house. 😊😇

Thank you to the Hazel Park Librarians and staff. The Summer Reading program truly rocked!! I especially liked that adults were encouraged to read, listen, and discover. I read books on topics or in genres I would not have considered before and did things I would not normally do - like the seed library. I got out of my comfort zone and found new authors and new music to fall in love with. I also appreciate my prize of the wireless headphones. Look forward to using them. Thanks again.
