Hi All,

Wednesday the 24th we are going to be having a working session at the Library starting at 7. To keep things more on task, we are not going to be doing a zoom meeting for this. If you would like to participate, feel free to join us as we discuss future road repair and improvement plans.

Following the meeting, we will be having and executive session of the board which will be closed to public participation.

The election results are in. We appreciate the lot owners that attended or had proxy designees participating on their behalf. Without your involvement we could not have had a successful election.

We are happy to announce that both candidates on the ballot received enough votes to be elected to the board.

Please join us in welcoming Jesse Thom and Brandi Thompson to the board!

At the upcoming meeting we will be holding elections for two Board Director spots.

The current candidates are Jesse Thom and Brandi Thompson. You will be receiving proxy forms in the mail along with the meeting information so that you may participate in the vote. There will be space for write-in votes as well.

Please check your emails for information about the candidates along with additional material for the meeting.

The HOA website will also include information for the meeting.

Sorry for late notice, the Chamber building is still not available so the in-person meeting will be held at the Totem in the meeting area located on the 2nd floor in the inn. The meeting will start at 7 pm.

Annual Member Meeting Notice - We have rescheduled to try again. Please be advised that the meeting id and passcode will no longer change going forward as I have setup permanent ones to use to minimize issues there. The same documents that were emailed for the meeting on Jan. 29th are still relevant for the upcoming meeting.
