At the upcoming meeting we will be holding elections for two Board Director spots.

The current candidates are Jesse Thom and Brandi Thompson. You will be receiving proxy forms in the mail along with the meeting information so that you may participate in the vote. There will be space for write-in votes as well.

Please check your emails for information about the candidates along with additional material for the meeting.

The HOA website will also include information for the meeting.

Annual Member Meeting Notice - We have rescheduled to try again. Please be advised that the meeting id and passcode will no longer change going forward as I have setup permanent ones to use to minimize issues there. The same documents that were emailed for the meeting on Jan. 29th are still relevant for the upcoming meeting.

For folks living off or traveling on Graphite Ln or Diamond Ct. Please be aware of equipment activity in the area. Please keep an eye on small children and pets while equipment is in use.

The Graphite Ln. improvement project will commence this Saturday. Over the weekend there will be ditch clearing, hydro axing where needed and some prep work by the 4 plexes. Monday the culvert work will begin at Diamond Ct. intersection.

It is with sadness that we say goodbye to the seasonal lakes of Graphite Ln. I spent a season enjoying the lakeside lifestyle and am sure it will be missed by all.

For a bit of positive news, there is a road improvement project soon to start that will keep things dry going forward. As soon as we have a hard start date we will post it on Facebook, the website and on the board at the post office. Please reach out with any questions. We are hopeful that the impact to traffic flow and parking will be minimal during the project.

Speaking of fixing things, some of you may have noticed that the stop sign off of Carbon way (Tipple Rd.) has been repaired along with the road sign for Galena. Please notify us if you see any other signage out of sorts so that we can get it sorted.

Community Update!

Please be advised that there will be surveying done on Graphite early this coming week. Most likely this activity will occur Monday/Tuesday 21st/22nd in the evening (just after 5PM). A drone will be used to complete this and will be flying over the roadway.

This is part of a road improvement project that will take place to address issues related to improving water runoff.

This project will likely commence in June, currently the dates are tentative. Please check back on this page for updates as we firm up dates.
