Happy National School Lunch Hero day to these two crews! They pull off what seems to be impossible every day! This job is much more than what people know or understand. Child nutrition guidelines to USDA guidelines to commodity guidelines to DOD guidelines, and not to mention state health department guidelines and so on and so forth. It truly is a labor of love! So hats off to you guys!!
