On Monday, Mayor Dean read a proclamation for Greater Helena Gives Day, which starts today at 8 p.m. Greater Helena Gives is an annual 24-hour charitable giving event organized by the that rallys the community together to raise awareness and critical funding to advance the missions of a diverse group of nonprofits throughout the Helena area.
