The Incorporated Village of Hempstead invites residents to attend an upcoming Public Hearing regarding proposed amendments to the Village Code related to cannabis regulations.

The Village Board will consider:
• Amendments to Chapter 140, Article 1 (Cannabis)
• The enactment of Chapter 141, Article 1 (Adult-Use Cannabis)

Residents are encouraged to attend, learn about the proposed changes, and share their comments before the Board.
